Client Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Two Birds Travel will provide customized travel planning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. This includes itinerary creation, booking recommendations, concierge services, and access to exclusive travel experiences. Exact deliverables may vary based on the nature of the trip and client preferences.

2. Fees & Payments

A non-refundable planning fee is due prior to the start of travel design. Additional fees may apply for changes requested after the itinerary has been approved. All payments for the trip (including lodging, transportation, tours, and other services) will follow the payment schedule outlined in your itinerary proposal. Final payment for all trip components must be received no later than 30 days before departure.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate traveler details (legal names, birthdays, passport info, etc.) and to respond to planning communications in a timely manner. It is the client’s responsibility to secure necessary travel documents and vaccinations. Delays in communication may result in additional fees or itinerary changes.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients who choose to decline travel insurance must sign a separate insurance waiver for each trip. Two Birds Travel is not liable for costs or losses incurred due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, missed connections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Airfare & Lodging Commitment

We understand clients may wait for optimal pricing on airfare. However, all airfare must be purchased no later than 30 days prior to travel. Lodging deposits must be secured before the registry (if applicable) can go live.

6. Travel Support

In-country contacts may be available to assist with issues during travel. For emergencies such as hotel check-in issues, contact us at any time. For non-urgent matters, please wait until morning or attempt resolution before reaching out outside business hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Two Birds Travel is not responsible for actions or failures of third-party vendors including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We act solely as an agent on your behalf and cannot guarantee the services or refund policies of other entities.

8. Agreement & Acceptance

By signing this agreement and submitting the planning fee, client agrees to the terms stated above. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

I understand the potential consequences of traveling without insurance and agree that Two Birds Travel is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred.
