Booking & coordination of all travel components

🕊 Tour Concierge Add-On

Add this service for travelers who want a fully hosted or guided experience—or who are exploring complex destinations where logistics matter most.

Includes:

Custom-designed touring days

Detailed day-by-day sightseeing plans with restaurant suggestions and local insight

This add-on can be applied to any Family, Group, or Cruise itinerary.

🕊 Group Travel Planning

For 6 or more travelers
Designed for multigenerational families, milestone celebrations, or friend groups. This service includes additional coordination and communication for larger parties.

Includes:

All services from Signature Family Planning
Group rate negotiation for hotels and tours
Room block coordination and payment planning
Communication tools and planning materials for group members
Optional Tour Concierge add-on for group sightseeing coordination

Group planning fees vary based on group size and complexity.

🕊 Cruise Management Service (only available when cruise is booked through Two Birds Travel)

Enhance your cruise experience with seamless planning from port to port.

Includes:

Cruise booking with preferred pricing & extra perks
Pre- and post-cruise hotel recommendations and bookings
Ground transportation to/from port or airport
Coordination of onboard dining and activities

Add-On: Tour Concierge (optional)
If you'd like to explore your cruise embarkation or disembarkation cities more deeply, the Tour Concierge add-on includes pre- or post-cruise custom touring and sightseeing plans.
