There is a registry set up fee of $250 and includes:
A custom-curated itinerary with line-item gifting options
A private password-protected registry page
A personalized thank-you system for automated with your custom response
Optional printed or digital announcement cards
A dedicated advisor managing communication with gifters
Mandatory travel insurance and clear Terms and Conditions
🔧 How It Works:
1. Curate the Trip
We have a meeting and follow up to design your dream getaway—honeymoon in Bali, milestone birthday in Napa, wellness escape in Costa Rica, etc.
You can design the itinerary with curated line items that can be gifted such as:
“Couples massage in Tuscany – $220”
“Guided hike in Banff – $95”
“Upgrade to an oceanview suite – $300”
“Dinner under the stars – $150”
“Snorkeling excursion – $120”
“General trip contribution – Any amount”
2. Build the Registry Page
I build you a password-protected registry microsite, including:
A welcome message with photo(s) of the couple/family
Itinerary teaser and occasion description
Line-item gifting options with real pricing and visuals
Gifting form and payment processing
Custom thank-you messages sent automatically with purchase
Option to print or send digital announcement cards
3. Manage the Gifting Process
As your travel agent I provide full concierge support:
Receive gifts, track contributions, execute reservations as they are purchased
Send alerts to the recipient as gifts are purchased
Offer optional thank-you card tracking
Send a final summary report to the couple with notes from gifters
Coordinate any upgrades or added services funded by gifts
